Likeable piece of entertainment starring Rene Z' and the film's director Gorgeous George Clooney. A comedy drama set in 20s America and depicting the transformation of professional (American) football from a shoddy side show to top grade sport.

Off to see In Bruges tonight....haven't been able to get to the flicks since the excellent The Orphanage so looking forward to it.... usually love Brendan Gleeson's performances.
Haven't seen Pearl Harbo(u)r but this love-triangle-thingamy mentioned above sounds like the overwhelmingly irritating equivalent in the loathsome Titanic.

Top man....I quite agree! Don't know what the hell The Matrix (absolute crap apart from visual innovations at the time), American History X (steady on there!) and Eternal Sunshine (over-rated imho) are doin' there. Have seen all 50 and there's some DAMN good viewing to be had from that little lot!
