Dear Insider,
Is it possible to buy membership (e.g. white membership) via the online ticketing system, or does that still require the completion of a paper-based form?
There is a Membership section on the online ticket system, but there don't appear to be any purchase options.
Many thanks

Good sages of NSC. I’m looking to get a new laptop fairly soon but to be honest, although I can use a PC, I’m pretty much a luddite when it comes to technical specs. Therefore I don’t know what bits of the spec (processor, memory, etc) that I need to compare for the things I want it to do.

In Autumn 2004 a number of NSC's finest did no work for a month as they grappled with the challenge of Puzzle Donkey:

I'm having a problem with the online season ticket renewal - anyone else having the same problem?
I'm getting into the system with no bother, but when I get there it is only giving me the option for the three year ticket. Any ideas?
Hello,
Would any of you London folk be able to comment on what living round here is like.
I'm moving to London at the end of March. I'm having to do a mix of 'on the ground' and internet research as I currently live in Leeds so it's not that easy to travel to London every 5 minutes.
Cheers...
Hi all,
I'm possibly moving to London at some point in the New Year.
If I did I'd be working fairly central near tube stations on the Victoria, District and Jubilee lines.
Do any of you good folks who know London have any tips on where might be a good place to live? Ideally I'd like to not...
Hi all. Going to the V Festival in a couple of weeks - I'm actually going for both days for the first time, which means camping for the first time.
We're planning to get there fairly early on Saturday morning as opposed to Friday evening. Will there still be half decent places to pitch our...
After a heated debate in the office I turn to the sages of NSC to settle an argument with perhaps the most boring poll ever.

Hi all,
As you can get all manner of useful information on NSC.
I'm thinking of changing jobs at the moment and I've seen one that I like the look of in London.
I'm after a bit of advice really. If I were to go for it and get it I'm not sure whether it would be best to live in London as well...
