Was laughable that some wanted them at Glastonbury. Their last appearance there was WOEFUL. Treated the festival with contempt.
Still, I think most are going to the gigs for the nostaglia blast this summer, and know they're not going to see a band at their peak or anything close.
Perhaps they noticed several of us leaving... like showing coverage of a live, important football match hadn't occured to the management of a sports bar. :jester:
Bar wasn't en route. No atmosphere. Clueless staff. Other than that, well worth a visit. (y)
Mad that a few clubs are given full their name (Tottenham Hotspur, Nottingham Forest) but not others ("Leicester", "Ipswich", "West Ham"), whilst some get needlessly abbreviated ("Manchester Utd").
Like it's produced by a 12-year-old, in a bottom set at school.
Yeah, they like him after he scored a goal which got them promotion. Funny that.
Indisputable fact remains: a lot of Sunderland fans have been giving him sh*t for months!
He's been booed at The Stadium of Light. Are you not counting that either?!

Lovely assist from Kieffer "I can't wait to put England out of World Cup" Moore, of Sheffield United.

Real Madrid view Liverpool and Argentina midfielder Alexis Mac Allister as the natural successor to Croatia international Luka Modric, 39, who is leaving the Bernabeu this summer. (Fichajes in Spanish)
Genuinely pretty chilled about this.
Nice if we get Euro Conf.
If we don't, we'll have a Prem season against many rivals stretched/distracted by Europe.
Also, given likely opposition, not sure Euro Conf is enough to keep star players looking to push on to bigger things.
Me, at the time:
"Could Buonanotte's goal cost us a place in Europe?! (Taking points off Forest). We want Chelsea to finish outside top 5 and win the Conference League, don't we?"
