Although everyone defends it to high hell (after Withdean that's understandable) but a lot of what some away fans have said about it are perfectly valid. The fact there's nothing around it (pubs, food outlets) let's it down massively and whilst it's not out on an industrial estate like say...
Especially when I said to a few of them, I rated Sunderland's support as better than theirs.
Disappointed some of them resorted to the typical homophobic abuse though.
Players currently on loan in the division count as well.
I think the two glaring needs at the moment, are for someone to go alongside Bridcutt in the middle and for a centre forward who can hold the ball up. I'd probably opt for Henri Lansbury and Rickie Lambert in that respect.
Liverpool play at Spurs on the Sunday before the cup midweek, so won't want the game to be on the Tuesday as they'd only have one day off in between. Whilst Brighton won't want the Wednesday as they'd only have a day off before hosting Leeds on the Friday night.

due to Fenerbache being withdrawn by the Turkish FA because of their match-fixing allegations. So apparently UEFA are going to fill that spot in the group stages, with the team who has the highest coefficient of all the losers in this qualifying round.
Seems to have come in for a bit of stick from fans but to be fair to him (or her), he's got better every game and seems to add a new feature to his repertoire every week. Last game we got a note of who scored and who'd been booked, I wonder what we'll see next.
And it was pretty good to be fair, not as I was expecting as per the doom and gloom merchants. A good amount of singing without being bollocked or told to sit down by overzealous stewards and the vast majority of people were back in their seats for kick off in the second half. I didn't see...
And I still don't like that the front of the stands are so far from the pitch. I know it's to fit UEFA regs for U21 games and that but still, I thought the club might retain the feel that old grounds have, where you're practically on top of the action by the touchline.
Not very often you see a Sussex side putting around 2,000 seats in, let alone one in County Division 3 who probably get 20 people a game. I know a few people on Nomad have been talking about it, so does anyone here know what's the motive behind it?
