[Football] The Non-League Football Thread- 2021/22 Edition

Yes it was a bonkers second half. I think it was heavily influenced by a Billingshurst player getting sin binned - Littlehampton scored a couple of quick goals, the visitors heads dropped and then Littlehampton put them to the sword. I really enjoyed it - I'll be back next week for the FA Vase...

[Albion] The Arsenal Golden Ticket Thread

That's what my 'friend' was wondering. Both his daughters have same build and hair style/colour. Just three years between them. Younger ones older than 12 so would need the photo ID. Not sure how well they can check likeness when shes wearing a face mask?!!

[Food] The "how to cook rice debate"

I can't believe all this saucepan use!! Just follow this for perfect rice; Take glass bowl and fill with required amount of rice. Pour in boiling water and cover to a level 1" above the rice. Cover with cling film and punch several holes in the top. Microwave on high for 9 mins (based on two...

Learning to shoot accurately would be better. 85% of all our shots yesterday were off target. That needs to change.

[Misc] Best wifi mesh network equipment?

BT Whole Home. It's a 3 disc mesh set up available for £169 on Amazon. I bought it to go on our sky router as we had issues with coverage and signal strength in the house and it was brilliant. We get great speeds throughout the house, and even 100ft down the end of the garden!

    [Football] Hughton to Bournemouth?

Not vague at all. Chris left in the summer, and has been looking for a club from just after the start of the last season. In earnest from September onwards. Which is Autumn. You still confused?

    [Football] Hughton to Bournemouth?

Because I know someone that's connected to Chris. He's been looking for the right opportunity to return to club management since last Autumn. Apologies - clipped wrong quote. Was replying to Wellquickwoody.

    [Albion] Jamie Carragher

That isn't true. There have been a few pieces that have quoted Carraghers keen interest in watching football across many foreign leagues as well as domestic - right from back in his time as a player. He is very well read on much of what goes on in the game at many levels and his analysis is...

[Finance] How big was your paper round?

Evening Argus c.1980...did the afternoon run when I came in from school. About 30 papers and it paid £3 per week. A year or two later I started delivering a weekly free paper - I had several days to deliver it which was just as well as it was 400 papers! Paid £15 though but back breaking when...
