Blackberry playbook - Cheap, well made, and if you can be bothered you can sideload most android apps. Theres quite a lot of blackberry apps available now and for web browsing, email etc its as good as anything.

I got one. Think it's good, and well worth the very cheap price. Well made, good performance,decent usability, and has an hdmi out port which I wanted. It's a no brainer for the money imo.
