I was with my mum at the age of 2 taking my sister to hospital as she was in labour. The resultant kid went on to marry a bloke from saltdean called mr. El-abd!
Kanu

I'd be tempted to go for it 4-3-3 and play:
Brezovan
El-Abd Tunnicliffe Elphick McNulty
Navarro
Bennett Crofts
Forster Dickinson Murray
But feel that he may play safe with the following:
Brezovan
Hoyte Tunnicliffe Elphick El-Abd
Bennett Crofts...
I would disagree that he wasn't up to it along with many of his ex-colleagues who trained with him everyday. I feel that he is better than Navarro, A Davies and Seb Carole who is back on trial at the club. As a home grown player I presume he is cheaper than the aforementioned too.
Granted...
Glad the blokes getting some recognition for being a decent player. Shame the club didn't support the rest of the home grown players like Sullivan and Fraser..oh wait.. maybe because Smith and Navarro are better?!.....:US:
I think El-Abd warrents his place on his performances over the last few games, but feel that McNulty is a quqlity player. Him comming on at the weekend in midfield was probably just to give him a run out. I wouldn't be supprised if we see the following team on Friday:
1. Breznovan
2. El-Abd...
They don't know how to play 3-5-2 so would be catastrophic.
I'd go:
----------Kuipers------------
El Abd Virgo Tunnicliffe Wright
Bennett Crofts Dicker A Davies
-------Forster Murray-------
Don't think Whing is match fit yet....
