Been to both pre and post communism. Lovely architecture. Salty food. Begging gypsy children. No trouble at all if you are white.

Not worth the trip.

Probably best I give it a miss then, based on that advice.

Fantastic performance - proving why we’ve not lost in so long and why we did so well in the last 2 majors - this team is phenomenal - get in :clap2: Clearly one of the worlds best teams now - no question.

It’s terrible seeing the racism and disrespect coming from the crowd in Budapest. I can’t wait for England to return to Wembley on Sunday so our fans can boo the opposition national anthem and then boo the taking of the knee.

You’re likening a large proportion of Hungary fans being openly racist to a few hundred booing the knee (don’t agree with it but for many it’s not racist they say - certainly not as blatantly racist as those morons) and the Andorra national anthem being booed which simply WONT happen??? Really???

ooo

A bit a booing and whistling shocking scenes ! Seemed like a decent atmosphere

You'd fit right in Das. In fact, if you want to stand behind a goal dressed in a black t-shirt, jumping up and down whilst singing "wooooa ooohh argh" there's a place quite locally where you can join up and practice.

I hope you aren’t suggesting he’s just in that black t shirt whilst jumping up and down….I’m eating a very late supper :moo:

Having met 1066familyman at the Brighton kite festival a few years ago, I understand completely why he asked his question, and why he wouldn’t want to visit.

In a way, it could well be gross stereotyping on my part, but Eastern Europe in particular (as someone else has already mentioned on this thread) doesn't always have a great reputation when it comes to racial tolerance. It is something to consider when thinking about travel. Tonight hasn't been a great advert for Budapest tourism, that's for sure.

I never heard any monkey chants ? Missiles you mean plastic cups ? Health and safety gone mad eh ?

Do they do that at Old Trafford ? You must be in a good mood about Ronaldo signing.
