I think you're probably right if you emphasis the word 'team'.
There doesn't seem much of a team ethos about the place.
It's almost as if shifting a disruptive salary from Ozil to O'bam-A-Yang, while overpaying for half the team with money from selling the academy players is poor management.

What I find sad about this is the dominance of the single middle finger variant, an Americanism, vs the traditionally British two finger salute. Yet more creeping Americanisation of our culture.
There is also an example of the worrying emergence of the three finger variant emerging from behind Mr Bodybuilder-Stance. Scary stuff. But there is some hope in the form of Maskman’s very traditional thumbs down signal.
