Did you visit any other clubs/bars?

Aye pal, went to the beer halls mainly and the bars underneath and near the main station. To be honest, me and my girlfriend at the time were a bit clubbed out before we arrived so we mainly just wanted to scope out the cool bars etc will DEFINITELY go back soon though.

Just miss live music and clubs so much right now.

"SOPHIE was a pioneer of a new sound, one of the most influential artists in the last decade. Not only for ingenious production and creativity but also for the message and visibility that was achieved. An icon of liberation."

Absolutely gutting news, understand her music won't be for lots of people on here, but she was one of the most pioneering and innovative artist in modern electronic music. Awful news. RIP

Any Anjunadeep fans here ?

YES. Massively.

Ben Bohmer sends you on a journey, got emotional at his sets before and seen him live two-three times. Dosem, Yotto etc all mega.

Tinlicker too.

Their open air events and nights are the bolloks. Best form of dance music for me, not heavy and aimed at gurners, more for taking you on a ride. Melodic techno at it's finest. Best tune for me below....

LWE doing lots of live streams this weekend. You can do some kind of weird VR clubbing, put on a headset and double drop in your living room and it's like you're there - not for me Jeff, I've got tickets for the real thing in August

The terrace stage is pretty good at the moment, car park looks tasty later with Sasha followed by Beyer.

Just debuted on BBC 6Music. I love it.

One of 11 tracks on an album coming shortly.

Great isn’t it. Has a hint of Bicep. I pre-ordered the (red) vinyl earlier. Also, Andy Stott has a new long player out today and Leon Vynehall has one out shortly. Busy, but good, times!

I might look into that vinyl and check out those names on youtube.

It got me looking at DA's earlier work, but from what I could see it was bit slower and 'too ambient' for me. Endless Hours is a great synth track with a danceable beat, right down my alley .

I won't post the video as it it doesn't fit genre of this thread, but 6Music also played this a nice track Keep Moving by Jungle ... the dancers won't please all sections of NSC

I’ve been a fan since Drone Logic, have all his material on vinyl and seen him DJ a few times....fan boy  Drone Logic has a slight “indie cross over” feel and is quite bouncy in parts, then he went off and did more conventional techno and drone/ambient stuff. He also did a brilliant ambient/synth album with Alessandro Cortnini last year.....which was one of my favourite albums of 2020. I had the good fortune to meet and chat with him a few years ago....very humble but enthusiastic person.
