As I have stated on many occasion, I have never had an issue with peaceful protest, what I do have issue with is setting fire to police vans with the coppers still inside, firing flare guns at police horses and the vandalism of private property, people have worked bloody hard to pay for stuff only to have jonty and lupin smash it up “ because it’s their right to.” Not for me. In your rantings at me in the past you have always insinuated I’m a bit slow, that is is your right to do so, if not wanting the police assaulted and private property destroyed makes me a bit slow then so be it[emoji2371]
I will always support the thin blue line, there are however wronguns in all professions, that’s life, deal with it.

I would see it as a badge of honour if a new Albion woopsy daisy like yourself had me on the ignore list.

so why don't the goverment just leave the law as it stands? then no one would have protested and no coppers bones would've been broken, cheaper too

But what is the next step when peaceful protest is not be listened to or that reasonable requests for change are ignored.

Certainly not setting fire to meat wagons with the old bill still inside. Certainly not firing flare guns at police horses. Certainly not smashing up NHS workers cars whilst parked in multi-storey car parks. I’ve been on many peaceful protests, never have I felt the need to assault police officers or attack their assets. I guess we are all different [emoji2371]

so why don't the goverment just leave the law as it stands?

if you recall, some time ago there were random protests on tubes and elsewhere, that greatly inconvenienced a lot of people on their way to work. the people said this was out of order and something should be done. so government propose something.

no, so you always evade the issue then?

Not quite sure what issue I’m evading? Made it perfectly clear I do not agree with assaulting police officers or attacking their assets.
I suppose some of us respect the rule of law and try to live our lives in a responsible and law abiding manner...

okay, so why are some people very upset about their democratic right to protest being curtailed? the legality of which being decioded by an unelected body, so britain becomes a police state

Do you always start your sentences with so?
If you have got this stage of your life without realising that setting fire to police vehicles with coppers still inside them is wrong then I am not sure I can help you.
