... sooooo needy.

Glad you're still here and not decided to move on, after all.

So, what about the benefits we're seeing - going well, in your opinion, is it?

If so, would you like to elaborate? Perhaps a small comment on the negatives we're seeing so far?

Would be nice for a little balance, wouldn't it?

As for 'needy', well, we'd all like some uplifting news, wouldn't we?

I asked you a simple question.

Please have the decency to answer it rather than swerve it with a string of meandering queries.

You're not good at answering simple questions PotG so I don't think you are qualified to judge on that.

I asked you to expand on your understanding of the term 'needy' and what you thought you were achieving by showing happiness at others' concern. You dipped out of answering either. I don't blame you for that but it does undermine your authority. Have another go.

This was worth having a quick pop back in all in itself.

:lolol:

who convinced you to believe the UK is a "third world" country?

Was it someone on twitter again? facebook?

With UNICEF having to feed our children, we might as well be.

That still doesnt explain who convinced you to believe the UK is a "third world" country.
Come on dummy, they were your own words. Was it you all by yourself?

Don't forget, liars don't go to heaven!

I know it is third country but it was a play on words but of course you wanted so much to find fault.

UK regional inequality of amongst the worst in Western Europe with nine out of the ten poorest regions in northern Europe.

The covid mis-management by this government combined with a damaging Brexit will only make matters worse.

You basically get called a 5th columnist when Brexiters are faced with facts and evidence.

It always seems to be someone elses fault

You know when I read that simple slip of the tongue I thought to myself "Pasta the nitpicker will be joyously back with his Atticus Finch impression any moment". You kept us waiting.

Glad to be of service.
Always enjoy laughing at our resident Pinocchio.

Ps. It wasn’t a slip of the tongue. She has already said it was a deliberate play on words. Nice try though.

Bloody Worthing!
I see your short-lived excursion out of the bunker has ended Mr Onoda .. 'one side presents evidence-based analysis' my hairy arse ... do behave.

Trouble is when we do leave you all alone in your vortex of misery the whining gets even more intense .. 'where have all the Brexiteers gone, they have all run away' etc .... reminiscent of attention-seeking children. So you all get the level of response you deserve and we know deep down how much you really need us (see the flurry of posts every time we dip our toe in the cesspit of doom).

But good to see the 5th column collective is back up to full strength so never fear the ridicule will continue!

Good to see such a spirited response even if it doesn't quite live up to the challenge I set of bringing your (collective) A game to the table ('hairy arse', 'cesspit', and '5th column').

It's not weakness to concede the occasional point. So of course I've rather stereotyped the contrast between us lot and you lot in terms of the substantive content we bring to the table. But, come on, there's an imbalance - if only because there's inevitably gong to be more news coverage of the consequences of the Brexit roll-out. Even Gove accepts 'bumps in the road'. Our lot would say the are more than bumps, we signalled them early etc etc.

Anyway, I'll make 2 concessions

1, I am not convinced that you have multiple accounts, if only because I can't see why anyone would want them. So I'll add that even if you have, I'm not bothered.
2. Sprinkled in your tranche of posts over the years, you have raised some valid debating points. They do tend to get rather lost amid the invective, but fair play you fight your corner.

But I'll raise one specific example of where I think the Brexiteers could - but don't - make a substantive point to support their case. I'm, like even most Remainers perhaps, am not a fan of the CAP. I'm also a bit of a Green. So I quite warm towards Gove's vision of a greener agri policy that doesn't reward over-production and throwing millions of quid to rich land-owners. This could be a benefit of Brexit. Its exactly the sort of thing that some of us have been expecting to see you come up with. But, no, where we get is 'hairy arse', '5th columnists' and the oft-repeated 'move on'..

PS I promise that if you do strategically withdraw from the thread that I will not resort to playground chants of 'where have all the Brexit gang gone'. But, hey, if you moved on, you wouldn't see these anyway.
