Oh well, another puzzling team selection. Guess we'll just have to get used to it................................

Good to see Bernardo in, but I'd rather we'd still kept Burn as part of a three at the back, with Bernardo outside him.

Montoya, yet no Maupay!

A team selected to beat Liverpool, but tonight imho giving ManC even more opportunity than they had already for an easy win.

Yeah, pretty much given ourselves no chance with that line up. Oh well, we'll see... Can't argue with GP resting a few and focusing more on Thursday I suppose

Resting a few for sure.
Big ask of Connolly, up front alone. Could be his night...

Team seems to be with an eye on Thursday.

Both eyes, glasses, a magnifying glass and the Hubble Space Telescope firmly fixed on Thursday.

As it should be.

I wonder if the players have a sense of what each team selection might be or if they are as mystified as most of us each week.

Er ....... We’re spared David Silva & Aguero is injured. Other than that, it looks like their strongest 11.

Pep’s pre-massacre team talk will be simple.

“No survivors please”.

:lolol:

This is proof why Potter is a tactical genius. When faced with Guardiola and one of the best teams in the world, what is the last thing anyone would expect you to do? That's right, weaken your own team! Guaridola's probably thinking about throwing the towel in at this very moment, knowing he has been outfoxed by the master.
