Shocking scenes.

About 20 flares got thrown on the pitch, as they were clearing them off, something exploded under one of the stewards which sent him flying. Huge fighting then broke out in the Croatian end - seemingly among themselves. They're bossing the game, looking one of the best sides too.

Ive been stunned throughout at how easy its been to get explosives into the grounds. Theres been flares let off at most games. Its ridiculous

No bones about it, that was a really really serious incident. The steward / fireman that one of the flares exploded under could have been seriously hurt. I counted nearly 20 flares burning on the pitch. Not to mention the fighting in the stands.

A bit OT, but can anyone remember the team in Italy where there's a video of them doing a song and then half way through they light about 50 flares on the terrace?
