Klinefelter syndrome does not make the male a woman. They are still male. Triple XXX syndrome does not make a woman male, you need a Y chromosone for that.

So yes, they still fit into two categories.

Klinefelter can result in the sexual features of women developing, specifically increased breast tissues, giving someone with male chromosomes the appearance of a woman.

But here you are doing exactly what I suggested you would originally. You spoke of XY or X. The spirit of that is that men are XY, women are XX, no variation, no diversity. But there quite clearly is.

Even if we go with your "I said Xs and Ys! That still counts as same!" and dismiss those two, there are other disorders of sex development that prove your initial assertions ("The human race isn't diverse. There's those with X & Y chromosomes and those with X chromosomes ... Chromosomes don't lie.") wrong even if only one person had each condition.

Feel free to carry on ignoring the diversity of the human brain. Bordering on ignorance, surely?

I'd suggest that bordering is an exceptionally generous verb.

By diversity do you mean mental illnesses?

So I take it you fully support Otherkin then as being a legitimate thing and all people who identify as Otherkin need to be recognised in law?

If you want to bring religion into your ignorance you can, I'm not sure why but you go ahead.
If you want my answer, religion shouldn't be anywhere near law-making as its all made up. And nothing to do with gender.

I wonder how many people can honestly say that they would be comfortable with their wives or daughters getting changed at the swimming pool in front of a transgender man sharing the same changing rooms?

Eddie Izzard was at Selhurst today in his full attention seeking mode, not sure what toilets he/she used though.

I saw that on the BBC final score programme, and it was the very first thing I thought about. Any of our other palace friends know the answer?

I'd wonder why they (my hypothetical wife and daughter) weren't using the cubicles that are available at every swimming pool I've ever been to.

Eddie Izzard identifies as a straight man, one who happens to like wearing "women's" clothing. I'd feel confident in suggesting he uses the gents.

Anyone with meat and two veg should use male facilities. All the other stuff about this law I do not agree with, but this I do.

All across mainland Europe hundreds of thousands of naked men and women share saunas and showers every day; it really isn't an issue. So, to answer your question isn't hasn't ever been an issue for me.

And the majority of clubs I go to have mixed toilets as do many bars these days

You can't have been to that many pools (or gyms) then. Most of the ones I go to, and I've been to loads due to working away from home, have communal changing.

If you are born a man you will die a man.If you are born a woman you will die a woman.

If you're born a tedious bore do you die a tedious bore?

Gyms are a different beast. The gyms I've been to have communal changing rooms. The swimming pools I've been to have all had cubicles.
