fill your boots with the insults. You know as soon as I bite I get a weeks ban at least.

If the NSC mods weren't so incompetent (Hitony I'm looking at you) you'd have been permanently banned months ago for being a Palace fan masquerading as a Brighton fan and posting on non-Palace related threads.

Watch out Bombadier, you're in for a few dozen thumbs down now. I know let's start a competition to see who can get the most from Jimbob in one day, so far I've 15 today ... sensitive soul isn't he

Back in the old days seeing fans leaving the ground ten minutes early meant there was a guarantee of agro outside when the match was over.

Indeed. Outed as Palace, so this thread really has nothing to do with the troll.

Having read the many replies and other views I guess I do have to agree that all pay their money and its up to them if the choose to leave early, I still don't like to see it though.

But I still can't get my head around the ones who take pleasure when things go wrong, it's the 'willing' of something poor to happen so that they can ridicule it.

Hey ho
_______________________________________________________________________

I completely understand your frustrations but have to confess at this point I am a moaner and I did leave early today for the first time (not proud),but these are my frustrations. Im fed up with watching the same thing over and over. We play well at times and dont deserve to be where we are but you make your own luck in life and I think it will change soon.
I do not understand why....when we break forward from say a corner we stop at the half way line and wait until the other team has 10 men behind the ball then go towards goal, just go straight for goal don't be polite where has this come from, teams used to fear us because we picked them off on the counter attack with pace. We beat most of the top teams in the division last season doing it.
We start from the back and the keeper throws it out to a defender, the way it should be, but we get to the half way line and pass side ways across the field and then go back to the keeper who is a bit iffy despite what anyone says as hes nearly been caught a few times messing around with it and he then ends up kicking it?.
WHY DO WE NOT SHOOT, even when nothing is on.. how many teams have we had lucky deflections against us this season because they just hit one, we dont get deflections and lucky goals because we want to walk the ball in to the net and make sure. Its seems most players dont want to risk shooting in case thay miss. If you dont shoot you dont score simple???

Maybe doing a conga on exiting the ground will make it more entertaining and less frustrating for some:)

hey you could be into something there! Can you imagine the poor old stewards trying to get that lot out of the gangways.
From a marketing point of view the club could set up trestle tables, laid with pre poured pints int he centre of the concourses. As the merry dancers weaved their ways in and out of the entrances they could throw their money into a hat, pick up a pint, drink and be merry.

There's a danger to this though. It may prove so entertaining that nobody would actually go home

Brighton Mod

Its All Too Beautiful
No not me but so many of the total morons who come to games and seem to actually revel when things don't go well.

Biggest example today ... some total f I n g dumb nut sitting WSL block F and I would guess circa Central of row O or P who, when Kayal came on and his first touch of the ball was not the best it could have been, let out almost a cry of glee .. honest I could not believe it, just how bleed in g bad is it?

But the same tw at almost wet himself with excitement and leapt around like a demented idiot when he scored !

Just why do these dickheads bother coming to a match? I'm becoming more convinced that they actually want to see us fail.

just F off, stay at home, and don't bother coming. Go and support some premiership team via means of looking At them on a TV screen.

And if by chance it was you, and you are reading this thread I hope you are so very proud of yourself, you are a D I C K

I take no delight in our current predicament, I do however see it as a self inflicted wound. Bedwetter or not, our directors have taken the Championship for granted and are now reaping the benefits of poor planning, bad selection, senseless spin and pocketing the profits on the sales of players. I don't delight in our situation, yet feel what goes around comes around and the disrespect that has been displayed by the executive of the club towards the Championship, the supporters and to the selection of our manager and players is now yielding the current outcome. Perhaps if we go down or avoid the drop by the skin of our teeth, it will be a lesson learned. Our current plight after two play off finishes is self inflicted.

Im probably a bit of a moaner, to be honest. I dont mean to be, but I am a pessimist during games, and am always expecting the sky to fall in at any moment. It is me who is muttering to those around (who I know pretty well having sat with the same group since the first day of Withdean in 1999 - they are used to me) - I generally think we'll concede within minutes of taking the lead - and have been proved right almost every time this season, sadly.
I never think we will actually score - ditto there.
I dont hurl abuse, I dont single out players for abuse - I just feel like its all about to go wrong at any moment, and hear myself coming out with anxious remarks...

I also Never leave early, and never Booo the team.

But I am a bit of a moaner.....

there's nothing wrong with that, it's quite normal, and watching Albion is never an easy pastime. There's a gulf of difference between what you say above and the Burke I raised this thread about and who was delighting at every mistake
