I think we can forget all sides bar Reading anyway. If Reading don't win today, we just have to beat Forest and playoffs are guaranteed.

just got to beat Forest? Not exactly Huddersfield away or Blackpool at home that one. Although if they are out of the race then maybe. Reading I expect to be ruthless and win their next two games.

How are they "retrospective" games?

It could be an afternoon in front of the TV with the weather as it is. Could be a bumpy ride.

Whatever happens, we go into the last game of the season with something to play for. I can't wait!

This all day.

Along with Leicester I have them as the class team of the division. The bookies price of 1/66 reflects the chance of them falling out imo!!

Donny will be no pushovers, can't see them beating Reading (if they do it will be very, very close) but I reckon they are capable of getting a draw.

Big shout for Donny as well today. If it comes to the final day anyone got Ashley Barnes for a 90th min equaliser which puts Brighton into the play offs at Readings expense?

Or an Ashley Barnes 90th minute deliberate o.g. to put Reading into the play offs at our expense?

Ash will score the winner against Reading putting us in the play-offs which we will then win, saving Gus the embarrassment of having to come to the Amex next season with his relegated Sunderland side. You watch

Something in me says I'd prefer it if a win would guarantee a spot rather than a draw.
Whatever that thing is, ignore it, it's stupid.
The prospect of sitting back and letting Forest pound us for 90 mins isn't too appealing!
I know what you mean, but needing one goal less can only help. If we score, we'll sit back and get pounded anyway.

This. We are so much better when teams come at us looking for a win.

Forrest not winning today will set up next week nicely; they'll have to beat us by 4 goals to overtake us. And I'm still confident that Burnley won't roll over against Reading.

Donny have everything to play for in terms of survival and will be fighting for their lives

Donny have Leicester away last game so if they want to stay in the championship today is their best chance of a positive result.

I can't match confident - I can do hopeful. We'll learn a bit about Burnley in a couple of hours. How much fight have they got for this Ipswich game?
