I always think these 'Just back from the match' threads are more of a 'look at me, I went to (insert town/city here) and I reckon I'm an uberfan thread.

If you want to post about the game, there's a thread out there somewhere I'm sure, or maybe even start one about players ratings? It might catch on.

So you went up North and basically want to 'brag' about it. Twats.

Perhaps you shouldn't open the thread if it winds you up so much?

Ps. I'm just back from the match.

I like them, they give the views of people who were actually there and the thread title takes you straight to it ( this one has gone a bit off topic though) and the views of Albion fans who were there is often different in some ways to the commentaries and we get more detail about incidents. What's not to like?

I like these back from the match threads. It gives a more accurate perspective than watching on the radio. For instance, JC reckoned Conway was quite good today, but Husty thought he was a waste of space. Admittedly, he wasn't totally focussed with all that happened!

With a season ticket.

I know that, you're 8 rows behind me.

Truly fair play to everyone that went and I'm not knocking it, far from that.

I just get well pissed off when a 'just back' get's started.

If you have a comment on the game then just put it on the game thread, maybe even saying that you were there or whatever.

I went to an away ground once and didn't start a bloody thread on it.

Disagree.

The match thread is mainly for people who are listening on the radio.

The 'back from the match' threads are interesting as have opinions of people who were actually there.

We played the game like it was a friendly match until the 80th minute, no real bite or determination from the midfield. Forster-Caskey stood out in the first-half and looked the best player on the pitch by a long way. Doncaster are a really, really poor side, I'll be amazed if they stay up this season.

Good to get a win whilst playing poorly for the majority of the game.

I was telling you on the train back to Crap Town that you didn't remember your visits to Belle Vue when you were 5 and 6 and how both sides were languishing in the bottom four for most of the season in Division 3 , that's when we were poor. Lucy didn't think we played that badly either

People said the same about Yeovil...next match they went and best Forest 3/1

Lest we forget that only a few weeks ago Doncaster beat 2nd placed Leicester 1-0, who today hammered Watford 3-0 at Vicarage Road. Just shows the nature of the Championship. Anyone can beat anyone else in the division on their day.
