Puts all the petty squabbles on here into some sort of perspective!

RIP James

A beautiful man, who grew from a lovely boy. Raised in a fantastic family who are suffering so much now. To say we are devastated and shocked and stunned for his parents and his sister is an understatement. Such pain just like every other family who have had to go through this when their child chooses to serve for our country and their comrades, and doesn't return. How pride and utter dispair can mingle. Sleep well Little Jim, you did your family and your country proud.

I take it you and Zef know the family Justine. Please send them our deepest condolences

Can we start a petition to the club to have the picture of James with the brighton flag on the north stand concourse?

LA...wishing it was devon..
I too send my heartfelt thanks to James and hope that the family gain strength in the admiration and respect shown. In some small way, I hope the family will keep this thread - it may make some small comfort in the later days. x

RIP to a man who is a whole lot braver than me. People like you will always have my total and utter respect and admiration. Such sad sad news.

I've come back home.

I am very very keen on making this or something similar happen. I am offering my help with the Intelligence Corps and as much of the cost I can personally take. As having left the corps only last week and a Brighton fan this is so close to my heart it hurts very much.
