Eye witness came on the radio and explained there were West Ham and Chelsea hooligans in the ground to have a go at Millwall. I am not surprised. I hope West Ham and Chelsea are made to play games behind closed doors and are both relegated. Of course the presenter was not interested and Millwall will take all of the blame. Nothing will happen to West Ham or Chelsea of course. They will throw the book at Millwall tho.

Well it was MILLWALL who were playing at Wembley today; and MILLWALL who sold tickets to all & sundry on the open market for the match. Regardless of opposition thugs that may or may not have been in the Millwall end to indulge in acts of violence, Millwall's thug element should take responsibility for the reputation they have nurtured since God-knows-when & for their individual behaviour. It's like some horrible throwback to the 1980's when English Football was dying - due to the violence that was commonplace in & around the stadiums. At least there's a very strong chance that today's morons will be arrested & banged-up. The club will no doubt suffer in the aftermath too: and although I'm sad that their efforts to rid themselves of these scumbags has been commendable, they evidently haven't succeeded to any particularly notable extent, judging by today's scenes. Pathetic & deplorable in equal measure. :nono:

Ok that's ok then, i thought it was a legit source. of course, it could've been a Kilmarnock fan who phoned up but you carry on believing !!!

I am not saying it is or is not true but it seems more likely this was organised trouble makers than a fight over a burger. There is an eye witness account to say there was west ham and chelsea there and i have no reason to disbelieve the eye witness.

Is this all stuff you've heard on twitter/facebook or some other shite. It's too early for playground talk so unless you have some concrete proof, shut the f*ck up. Could easily be BHA fans in there !!!! Back to school monday.

yawn ! zzzzzzz !

Unlikely to be Brighton as Brighton couldnt care about Millwall unlike west ham. This report about west ham and chelsea comes from an eye witness in the ground, in the millwall end on Radio 5 live.

So one person calls 5live and makes some remarks that are not corroborated or confirmed and that makes it fact in your opinion then:nono:

And seeing as Chelsea and west ham were not involved in the game as clubs What on earth makes you think there are any grounds to punish them?

If thats true someone is very stupid - I've been in that Club Wembley area and you have both sets of fans there as the seats are sold to named long term holders who "pass" tickets on to "friends & family" - its not impossible (even if expensive ) to get tickets there

No need for that complicated route to a ticket, the F.A. sent me an email telling me 14000 tickets were available for neutrals to purchase, all you needed was an England Fan Number.Moving round Wembley is a piece of piss so your chances of picked off from your Fan Number is remote.
Days like today are a godsend for fans looking to even scores.

I will just pick you up on racist. Millwall fans have friends and family who are black and other races. There really is more true racism at Brighton than Millwall.

. All Im asking is fairness and if you have followed Brighton away then you will know the sort of trouble that Brighton cause.

Sorry chap, but you really are talk in poo tonight.

Go watch the TV and come back tomorrow sobre. Oh, and maybe you should work out if you are Millwall or Brighton.....

This eye witness, wouldn't happen to be a Millwall fan would he?

So, were Chelsea and West Ham together against Millwall? Why would they do that when they hate each other?

Its not unheard of for this to happen, you would be amazed at some of the allegiances and some get formed at England away matches

Pork pie land.
Wasn't there trouble in the Brighton end at the 83 cup final ??

It was said at the time that it was the worst trouble ever at a FA Cup Final. There were United in our end, which had to be cleared out. We chucked them over the wall from the top/back to the bottom/front section. Various fights for most of the first half as they were found. Terrible segrigation.

Please see my earlier post.Anyone can move about inside Wembley if they make the effort. You comments about Millwall selling tickets to all and sundry on the open market MAY be wide of the mark.
I am not claiming it was other clubs teams,I don't know, but even if it was Wet Spam or Chelsea no one can expect those clubs to be punished, even if true...how could they be expected to be responsible for their so called fans? They had nothing to do with ticket sales so how can they be expected to be accountable for them.
If it is true, only the F.A. are responsible.

Yes he was, a millwall fan in the millwall end sat near the trouble. He was on radio 5 live. If it is true then how would you punish west ham and chelsea? I seem to recall a spot of bother in our end in the 1983 cup final as well

I would if it was those two lots in big numbers, as they are the ones slagging "Fat Frank". Chelsea used to run with Millwall against the likes of United in my day (70s), knew lads who used to go to both depending on who was home.
