Yes, it was 2000 and we took an extra 1000. There are still some left though. Would be nice if some were sold on the day, as anyone deciding to go after yesterday will be unable too, unless they can get to our ground by tomorrow.

Some may like to make a late decision or not live near enough.

Any idea why we cannot have the whole lower tier if needed? You still have 156 behind the goals and about 1000 still available in the Brian Clough stand (Upper and Lower).

Is Z1 and Z2 not used, or is this the family area?

How many will you guys sell?

If you guys do sell out and need some in the Brigford end (lower), what blocks will the home fans be given?

If you sell out 3,000 you'd have probably got an extra 1,000 (4,000 is the capacity of the away end). Although, it might be too late now i'm not sure. Z1 and Z2 are the two blocks that you would have been given. As things stand they'd be empty. If they put Forest fans in that stand though they'd be in them blocks.

I doubt it will happen though as when it's been opened before to home fans the away supports been no more than 2,000. We'll probably sell out. You'll be in W1 - Y2.

Thanks for the answer - there is no chance now of us needing the extra 1000, as there is not an opportunity for the club to sell them, what with easter and all.

I don't know how many of the extra 1000 we have sold, but it's actually possible we might send some of these back. Tis a real shame it has been made all ticket, as we do have a good number who are not local (so cannot get the our ground) or make a very late decision. If it was Pay of Gate too, we may have bought a few hundred more, but there would never have been any danger of it going over 4000, in fact, it IMO it would have been closer to 3000.

As it stands, my guess is 2800, with 200 being sent back that can't be sold

It also looks like half of Brian Clough Lower (block T) is not being used. It this a segregation area or has this area long been sold out to the Forest Ultras?

Ah thats a shame. I know a couple of Brighton fans that are still unsure whether to go or not, wonder what they'll do now. Block T is open to Forest fans. Normally it's not open as we most home games we have 5k or so empty seats. The Forest "Ultras" will be in A and B block of the stand to your left and just above you to your right.

If you haven't been before, the away end is awesome for atmosphere, theres been many petitions over the years by our fans to reclaim it for the home support but none have worked due to police ruling it out or something! Should be a cracking game.

What a sad bunch of gobby muppets that lot were last year! lol

It is such a shame there is no more violence at matches as they would have shit themselves outside.

I called the ticket office at lunchtime and was told that they could not sell me a ticket over the phone. Since I live in Oxford, I cannot buy a ticket at either the Amex or the shop in Queen’s Road.

I bought a ticket over the phone at 1pm today, but only on the condition that I would pick it up in person tomorrow before they close.

Maybe you could ask if you could buy over the phone and collect it at the away end at Forest, I guess they send back unsold tickets ahead of game so could come to some arrangement?

Our lane is blocked by snow so the postie can't get up it. I phoned ticket office yesterday and they have sent duplicates to Forest for me to pick up there.

Not going now because of money and easter etc. Bit gutted tbh

Secretly hoping it snows so its postponed and moved to 9th April, I'm in Matlock for that week so would be perfect presuming I can get a ticket. Does that make me a bad fan?

No just a tad selfish. Like many others I have non refundable train tickets so I'm hoping its on, but a bit warmer than now!

The club will be sending up duplicates for those who have not received their tickets in the post so why can't they sell you a ticket over the phone so you can pick it up on the day from the Forest ticket office at the ground ?

What is the weather forecast for Nottingham on Saturday

The night before lows of -2 and -3 are forecast, from 9am onwards it's forecast above freezing, highs of 4 or 5 degrees which is plenty warm enough for any frost to melt in 5 or 6 hours, especially combined with the work of ground staff. Game will be fine.
