From the BBS:

Several people from my lectures are going cos Brighton are offering discounts for our match in the home end to anyone who has a Brighton unicard or lives on campus.

Dilemma: Guarantee seeing the match for less but sitting in the home end, or biting my nails waiting for the ST +1 away match criteria to come and sit in the away end for more money and get kettled after the match.

Do the club really need to be doing this for such an attractive fixture, which will surely sell out? All home tickets should be available to Brighton fans for a game of this stature, not dished out at a discount to Uni students (especially not Palace supporting ones). I appreciate it is probably only a handful of tickets, but even so.

Hello in advance BBS :bigwave:

More likely to be be bullshit , like the claim Arsenal fans turned up without tickets for the cup game and got past the turnstiles by jumping over them :lolol:

I doubt the club will not under any circumstance sell tickets to anybody without a purchase history.

Besides when has anybody ever been "kettled" after a game at the Amex

Only 5 pack tickets on sale now and no other details been given out yet

Tickets are supposedly going on sale Friday 5pm according to the online ticket site , there will no doubt be a priority system for this game based on loyalty points. Will the details be released tomorrow ?

I suspect a purchase history will be needed for ALL home tickets - cant see the club wanting to let anyone in.

Even if it gets to a situation where tickets go on general sale , it will only be to those with a purchase history excluding the Palace game last season.

This should be the largest attendance so far with the extra NW/NE seats due to be in for the game - a full house bar a small number of non attenders and even if a noon start be a cracking atmosphere from the start! Pity no pre-match beer in a pub but hopefully the bars at ground will be serving from at least 11am!

palace only getting 2k as well. so im told.

a posting on BBS suggests otherwise : "I think it's about 2500" , mind you that is from Steve Parish (CPFC2010)

I saw this on BBS, including the post about MANY Arsenal fans getting in without tickets by jumping the barriers and came to the conclusion that almost all of the posters on there are teenage gimps.

At least it goes to show that almost every poster on there, with their big bravado, never really went to The Amex last year.

And as for the one knobber wanting tickets for the home ends, well I hope he ends up near me.
