I really think and new manager will sort them out. The quality is there but they are not organised properly.

Sadly I can't see any option other than to change managers yet again. It isn't good to keep making changes - but it just seesm to be going from bad to worse.

You can allow for slip ups once or twice but it would appear that every week we are making basic defensive mistakes. The can only be down to the coaching!!

Regardless of what happens in the second half things have got to change. If Slade goes then Booker and White must follow!

Correct - team talk and second half performance to save his job I think. Unless the loans coming in are the deals that will make our defence viable and that will save his job?
