Live scenes from inside UEFA HQ

I've only heard media reports about the 30th June.Have Uefa actually said they have taken a month or just that a decision will be made before 30th?
Kieran maguire as no clue what uefa will do I can say unquestionably there will be no fineThey'll put the fine back on the table as the dullard has alluded too.
I suspect we'll see something like this coming out on the 30th June:
The First Chamber of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB First Chamber) had previously opened proceedings involving:
• Chrystal Palace FC (ENG)
• Olympia Leon (FRA)
due to a potential conflict with the multi-club ownership rule provided for in Article 5 of the UEFA club competitions regulations.
Following the implementation of significant changes by the concerned investors in Chrystal Palace FC, the CFCB First Chamber accepted the admission of Chrystal Palace FC and Olympia Leon FC to the 2025/26 UEFA Europa League. The clubs were able to demonstrate that such changes brought them into compliance with the multi-club ownership rule, considering that:
• No one is simultaneously involved, directly or indirectly, in any capacity whatsoever in the management, administration and/or sporting performance of more than one club participating in a UEFA club competition; and
• No one has control or decisive influence over more than one club participating in a UEFA club competition.
More specifically, the significant changes and existing voting rights made to the ownership, governance, and financial support of the concerned clubs, substantially restrict the investors’ influence and decision-making power over more than one club, ensuring compliance with the multi-club ownership rule during the 2025/26 season.
In particular, the concerned investors have demonstrated that their shares in Chrystal Palace FC do not translate into any substantial influence or control of the London club. The trustees will regularly exchange information with the CFCB First Chamber during the 2025/26 season.
As a result, the following applies at the level of Chrystal Palace FC and Olympia Leon for the 2025/26 season:
• the effective control and decision-making of these clubs rest solely under control of the trustee;
• following the dilution of shares in Eagles PLC, the investor is no longer has significant representation on the Chrystal Palace board of directors and has no capacity to directly appoint new directors to the board;
• the investors have no ability to influence sporting related decisions;
• the investors have no ability to influence the club through veto rights or contractual arrangements entered into with other shareholders;
• the investors are restricted in their ability to provide subsequent financing;
• the club’s financial statements will be deconsolidated from the investors’ holding company.
Furthermore, as additional evidence of their independence, the concerned clubs committed to the following:
• the clubs will not transfer players to each other, whether permanently or on loan, directly or indirectly, from July 2025 until September 2026, with the exception of pre-existing transfer agreements that had been entered into before the opening of the CFCB proceedings;
• the clubs will not conclude any kind of cooperation, joint technical or commercial agreements between each other; and
• the clubs will not use any joint scouting or player database.
The CFCB First Chamber have imposed a €50,000 fine on Chrystal Palace for missing the 1st March compliance deadline but have acknowledged these two facts in their judgement;
- No one could have predicted that Chrystal Palace would enter the Europa League on the 1st March deadline.
- Everyone in football knows that Steve Parish is in charge of Chyrstal Palace
The CFCB First Chamber will continue to monitor the above-mentioned situations to ensure that the multi-club ownership rule continues to be complied with during the 2025/26 season.
The Premier League will have numerous clubs which will have that license and could step in, Wolves included

If they are deemed to have to bloke owning the shares out if thy deem the other way then stay in I believe there’s no middle hereI believe you. Why will there definitely not be a fine?
Excellent explanation but, f*** me, I still don't get it.View attachment 204686
Bit obscure for most, so I'll add context:
First, the relevance to this thread is that Wolves have somehow got involved in all this.
Ferris Bueller skives off of school, and wants his girlfriend Sloane to get the day off and so he calls the school saying her grandmother had died.
Ed Rooney = Headmaster, Grace = secretary:
Ed Rooney: "Grace, Ferris Bueller is behind this. There is no doubt in my mind, and now, he's got Sloane Peterson involved in this thing."
Grace: "Her grandmother, too."
Excellent explanation but, f*** me, I still don't get it.

I'll admit to not having delved into the details on it, but there is some nuance to this in that it's not always one shareholder = one vote, but for polls and written resolutions, it's one share = one vote, which would give Textor more power due to his larger shareholding.
I agree. Whilst they have the bragging rights after a historic double over us and getting their name written onto a cup, it feels like it us trying to keep a straight face during a telling off. How the hell did they muck it all up?The NSC hive mind seems to be gradually shifting to believing they will be kicked out rather than just chuckling at the very notion. This is setting people up for a needlessly disappointing blow and some anger when a solution is fudged together. I say it is much better to stick with the earlier position and giggle at the Croydon Clown Collective but expect nothing better.
I have read a free 'keeper from the Dutch league and a £1M centre half from Millwall. Proper Beaky bargains.Have they been active in the transfer market yet? As far as I can tell their squad has about as much depth as the toddler pool at Center Parcs.
I wonder why Beaky was attracted to that?It's smoke and mirrors. A legal bypass of to the rules that has no material impact
Did I not understand correctly? Weren't you laughing at my typo? I referenced one of their songs.
That tweet was from a couple of weeks ago. We are awaiting the verdict following that meeting and Palace continuing to plead their case via the media since.A short notice meeting tomorrow?
Well that's a squeaky Beaky bum time for an unnamed fukkwit of a CEO.

Me neither. Never trust a hippy.Fair enough, I think you deserve a fanfare for the common man (I was never really into ELP).
We'll all need some brain salad surgery when this is over.![]()
Welcome back my friends to the show that ever ends.
Surely European games are not included in their season ticket pricing? I reckon you've been rather foolish.Not claiming to have any inside info on which way this will go but the direction of travel is fairly clear.
On that basis I’ve just invested £725 in a Wolves season ticket.
Why not have an art off, and see who can colour in the most creative bed sheets for their Ultra muppets.Palace fan thinks there should be a play-off to decide if they or Lyon should qualify, even though the rules are quite clear on that point.They really are dim.
