Or Bob Booker who was interim manager, twice.
I was thinking more about how far back in time.....one's Albion managerial highway. . .stretches
not including temporary stops at service stations for a chicken McRib sizzler and a scalding coffee.

Crikey! That's a lot!
The first manager for me was Peter Taylor 1st.
As a young boy growing up in Redhill, Surrey I liked Chelsea. But aged 12 I started a weekend job helping the local milkman who was an Albion fan. Soon after, as part of my wages I was going to the Goldstone Ground with him and his mates. I was soon hooked, and my first hero of course was Peter Ward.
Being through the ups and downs of being an Albion fan has truly shaped my life, and my children and grandchildren after me. 😀

Not sure. My first game Sept 74, so Taylor would have been manager, but I was only 3 months old then and missed a few. I watched FA Cup final on the telly so that probably counts Melia, and next game I know I was at was a Blackburn game in 84 with Frank Worthington on the program cover, so that must add Cattlin, and then started going regularly when Mullery was in charge second time round. Then all the rest, except I never saw a game played under Hyppia or Hinshelwood, live or on the telly, so have to exclude them. So that makes 22, or 23 if we're counting Micky twice

I'm one short of you, my debut season being 1969!
You must be the same as me. My debut was Barrow in May 1969, with McCauley in place.
I counted Adams and Mullers twice (accidentally, but justified by nifty after timing).
It is possible I have miscounted, of course.
