Relegation next season? Other than the newly promoted clubs there aren't many other obvious candidates.
It's like they read his name and thought "well...it's almost Haaland isn't it? Starts with an H and ends with a D. Sign him up!"Hojlund really wasn't. He was just a plodding young player, not really pulling up any trees or scoring any goals. Whatever United saw in him, paying north of £60m for him was ridiculous. 26 goals in 94 games is actually better than I'd have expected to see, but it's awful for a number 9.
and Sancho, and Anthony, they keep doing it.....They've ruined so many players.
Casimero was one of the best footballers in world football and look what they did to him, absolutely criminal.
Hojlund was one of the highest rated, exciting, young strikers in Europe and again they have destroyed him.
Mason Mount was an England regular and a joy to watch
Andre Onana was an absolute class act in Italian football and by most accounts the greatest ever African keeper.
As the Seahorses once famously sung, the list goes on and on, and on, and on....
Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!Look at the squad and who they could sell for good money and it's a pretty short list
Rashford/Garnacho/Bruno/Amad/Mainoo are about the only ones
I can't imagine Bruno would want to go to Saudi either, he doesn't strike me as the type
Cunha for £60 million is mental as well, he's a decent player, but £60 million and high wages for a mentalist.
There is absolutely no planning or structure to their recruitment, other than signing very average players on high wages
Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!
Don't forget Antony...

Apparently interested in Pedro. How much could we fleece them for if we get them bidding against Chelsea?Smacks of “Quick, let’s sign Cunha on huge wages before Arse/Pool/Noisy Neighbours make a move”. When they weren’t.
The same failed non-strategy for years eg Eriksen, Mount.
Enough for the monorail, sun scream for the East and blankets for the West.Apparently interested in Pedro. How much could we fleece them for if we get them bidding against Chelsea?
Anything left for a DRUM?Enough for the monorail, sun scream for the East and blankets for the West.
Anything left for a DRUM?
But what I find interesting is how good Rashford was at Villa before his injury. Antony has been a revelation in Spain, too. There's something rotten stinking it's way through the whole club. If I were a player, I wouldn't go anywhere near that placeand Sancho, and Anthony, they keep doing it.....

Ironic that Ferguson got the United "brand" to the very top of the game, and now they're more of less where he picked them up in part because of the whole Rock of Gibraltar mess. If you were being super harsh, you could say that 40 years on, Man United are worse off because of his influence in the selling of Magnier's shared to the Glazers
Ferguson a man famous for being led by others opinions. The ultimate culprits are/were the people around Ferguson who persuaded him that it was a bright idea to try to f*** over John Magnier for 10s of millions in additional cash when he had already been gifted a half-share in the winnings (and the major share of the glory) from 7 consecutive Group One victories including the 2,000 Guineas.
Sadly I suspect there will be more candidates next season. A few clubs with smaller squads have qualified for Europe, which will stretch their resources and they’ll struggle to maintain league form (namely Palace and Forest here), plus it is unlikely a few of the pack will maintain their level and could drop down the league (Bournemouth are the standout candidate here).Relegation next season? Blood's thicker, as they say. Extremely thick, in this instance.Ferguson a man famous for being led by others opinions.
If we lose Baleba & Mitoma we could be bang in trouble also. We tend to have a great start and then tail off imagine a senario where we don’t have a great start & struggle.Sadly I suspect there will be more candidates next season.
