Other than Rashford (the Villa one, not the United one) I don't really rate any of those players. Amad and Mainoo have potential, but would either tear it up at, say, Fulham? Or Brentford? Or Brighton? The tag of being "the next big thing at United" carries FAR more prestige that it should
I think Mainoo would be a very good player in the correct team

Amad is potential, but teams play good fees for it still.

Look at the squad and who they could sell for good money and it's a pretty short list

Rashford/Garnacho/Bruno/Amad/Mainoo are about the only ones
Well yes and on top of that, you'd have to remember Rashford and Fernandez will be on contracts unaffordable to pretty much everyone, so to pay a big fee as well? Even Saudi clubs will think twice.

Garnacho, Amad Mainoo, maybe they could get decent money for. But again, they will likely be selling to a direct rival. If they sold Garnacho to Chelsea for say £50m and bought Cunha for similar, once agents have been paid and signing on fees taken care of, are they that much better off? financially or on the field?

Man Utd will be a bottom half club for at least the next two years in my opinion

I can't imagine Bruno would want to go to Saudi either, he doesn't strike me as the type

Cunha for £60 million is mental as well, he's a decent player, but £60 million and high wages for a mentalist.

There is absolutely no planning or structure to their recruitment, other than signing very average players on high wages

Dalot to my untrained eye, is a very good RB. I would love to be at the front of the queue for him if he was available but I also imagine he is on Man Utd wages.

I was staggered they didn't start him. He came on on the 85th min and was putting in lovely crosses.

I have a bit of faith in my "untrained eye" as it was that same eye that thought McTominay was one of the very last players they should have been thinking about selling last year. Big strong player and an eye for goal? Yeah get rid. Mad.

Dalot was just back from injury

I'd suggest then that your untrained eye knows more about football than the entire Man Utd coaching staff.

But yeh, we can't get Dalot or anyone from a Man Utd firesale. Let the usual suspects squabble over these overpaid, overhyped misfits

It will never happen but I would love to see Garnacho in the stripes, especially if we do lose Mitoma. So much potential.

I wouldn't swap him for Mitoma. In fact Mitoma walks into that ManU team, as would JPvH, Baleba, Ayari, Minteh, Pedro & Welbeck, and I'm not even thinking about it much, Hinch & Solly probably would too.

They are a shambles, it's fantastic to see.

Deepest, darkest Sussex
could be the slogan for the entire Man U team.
Ironically the only Man Utd player who looks like he really wants to be there is Harry Maguire

Always rated Garnacho. No idea why he didn't start last night. Under the right manager and nuturing environment, reckon he'd improve further.

They've ruined so many players.

Casimero was one of the best footballers in world football and look what they did to him, absolutely criminal.

Hojlund was one of the highest rated, exciting, young strikers in Europe and again they have destroyed him.

Mason Mount was an England regular and a joy to watch

Andre Onana was an absolute class act in Italian football and by most accounts the greatest ever African keeper.

As the Seahorses once famously sung, the list goes on and on, and on, and on....

God he's such an over hyped show pony. United more than anywhere turns their young guns into the worst type of believe their own hype whilst doing such average things in such an inconsistent manner type players.

I literally wouldn't want him anywhere near our team.

Hojlund really wasn't. He was just a plodding young player, not really pulling up any trees or scoring any goals. Whatever United saw in him, paying north of £60m for him was ridiculous. 26 goals in 94 games is actually better than I'd have expected to see, but it's awful for a number 9.
