Noticed that Newcastle only had 7 on the bench....although they could have had 11. Seems bizarre. I realise their are rules regarding who you can include in the squad, but I'm surprised they didn't have ANY other youngsters who might have benefitted from just being on the bench. Oh well, Eddie knows best....

I get your point but I was "Anyone but Marseille" in the group stage draw. That turned out alright..I reckon a trip to Istanbul could be a cracking adventure.
Imagine getting that far into the clubs footballing journey and him turning up and ruining it.
Which we would do, by winning the Europa league or FA cup
I'm hoping if we get drawn somewhere sufficiently dangerous, unpleasant and difficult to get to, I might stand a chance of getting a ticket like I did for Marseille.

That dodgy non penalty gift for PSG in injury time v Newcastle is the difference between Newcastle being out and PSG being out or in champions league.
