Could do a job, he may be an ideal option next summer at £15m when we try to replace Caicedo following a £80m+ move to a top 6 side

Biss is someone who needs to be loved as he was by us right from the start. So called big teams don't do that. Zamora was the same when he went to Spurs and he struggled and soon moved on.
That was because Glen 'early doors' Hoddle bought him as a squad player and left him on the bench. Nothing to do with love.

In Bissouma's case he doesn't seem to have any repour with his team mates.

It wasn’t Hoddle who left him on the bench it was David Pleat who hardly ever played him.

Bobby actually started 4 of the 6 games at the start of the season but Spurs were awful, not easy for a youngster stepping up to the PL to establish himself when the whole team is very poor. After 6 games Hoddle got the sack. Pleat took over BZ was in and out of the squad and not getting many minutes, then he was used as a part of the deal to bring Defoe to Spurs from West Ham.

I've still not perfected this yet,so I'm hoping he'll come back home in a couple of seasons.

Wow. OK. Mea culpa.

Pleat, though. 'Can I give you a ride?'

Thus handily avoiding Levi having to pay Brighton a sell-on fee.

Maybe but given how lethargic and uninterested he looks when I’ve seen him play this season, it comes as no surprise to me “dahling” :lolol:
Apart from dancing away on his own with his children and away from the rest of the squad in his final home match for us, I thought he was lethargic and disinterested for his final months with us too. I put it down to the court case and a possible big money move, but maybe his motivation has gone now he has 'arrived' and has a full bank account. He was superb for us for much of the time, but as I dislike Spurs, I'm not that bothered he has lost his mojo. Always sorry to see a player injured though (unless it's Wilf tomorrow).
