Every morning I wake up and it feels like the Tories are doing to our country what Archer and Belotti did to our club in the 90's.
At some point we will hit rock bottom, they will be gone and renewal will start, but its a long way back

Labour analysis shows that London, which gets £151m, is getting more than both Yorkshire (£121m) and the north-east (£108m), while the south-east (£210m) is the second biggest recipient, allocated nearly twice as much as the north-east.
The biggest regional recipient is the north-west, which receives £350m of the funding pot, and is where the Conservatives are most vulnerable to losing marginal seats to Labour.

To be fair to him he did say the northeast and west got the most per capita, he did come across like it was fact, and it seemed quite fair I thought. I am sure some political experts far more knowledgeable than us will out the truth though.Yes, all fine and above board, no?

I think the servicemen and women at Catterick, and barracks all over, would rather have accommodation that was not freezing due to no working heating and flooded because the pipes then burst in a cold spell.

Agree move on, pretty trivial..
More concerned whether the UK will have safe food and drink after the Tories repealed 4500 laws they don't understand and don't know what to replace them with.
Some people follow the Tories like some people follow football team 'through thick and thin'. They remind me of the nobs who carried on backing Archer and Bellotti because you 'have to support the club'.

But many voters wouldn't simply 'shrug' if it was Starmer, because the Tory press would tell them that this reflected his arrogance or carelessness, and that it was therefore a reason why he would not be a good Prime Minster.
Senior Tories regularly get away with things that Labour politicians would be absolutely crucified for, because of the pro-Tory bias and selective reporting of most newspapers.
