Nobody suggested bringi ng back Peter Ward or Steve Foster instead of Greer. Unless his .wages are minimal and he can fill a spot on the bench and play a few minutes if needed forget it.

It would be amazing to have him back

Sensible wages and probably only get about 15 games out of him but would be a good option.
It would be rather amusing to see all the kids looking at each other asking 'what's all the fuss about?'

What an utterly pointless and idiotic post. BZ is still of an age where he can play Championship football. If you're going to shoot something down at least let your argument have some basis in reality.

How much would you say you have had to drink today?

Is he looking for his first assistant manager role? If yes the yes. If he still wants to play? No. We would have to reserve one of our treatment tables for him to occupy,on 30 grand a week, I fear.

That was said in jest but the essence is that both would have as much chance of success in a team seeking promotion from the Championship as BZ if he was capable of playing at this level QPR would offer him a contract for next season. He is now an injured has been who would ruin his name and legend status by coming back to us.

I'd love to see him back for a swan song season to help fire us to the premiership.

What a way to finish his career.

2008 - Windass was 39 when he scored the winner for Hull in the Play-Off Final.
2013 - Phillips was 39 when he scored the winner for Palace in the Play-Off Final.
So we should probably wait another 6 years....

Protecting his reputation is less important than his ability to fire Albion into the Premier League.

He's also got some previous form in the Play-Off Final with West Ham.

Wages & injury permitting, bring him home at least until the end of the season. This one's got Hollywood written all over it.

 Just a shame the Hollywood wasn't us today.

Riddled with jealousy about him not doing that for us today. Looked at the poll & found 134 reasons why almost half of NSC don't have a clue about football.

FFS all of you nay stayers, most of you talk utter shite.
"Rather remember him as he was" does that mean you'll not go to your Mum's death bed because "you would rather remember her as she was"
Jeez there is nothing to say because he is not our player, but I guarantee one thing if Bobby Z ever resigned we would not be disappointed

The benefit of having players likw BZ around is for experience, younger players learning ( I reckon Ulloa would learn alot) and with BZ it would also be a talisman position
