Russ was caught on a speed camera at 93mph in a 60mph zone and with 4 other speeding offences totted up together he received 27 points on his licence , a £395 fine and a 12 months ban.

27 points? Sweet jesus.



Had a sum total of 3 (2+1) points / €160 fines (think we do less points, higher fines; total is still 12 to get banned) in about a third of a million miles driving; only 1 point is still on the licence.
