I don't see how so many can look at the above FACTS and still not be delighted with how things at the club are.

I don't think there are actually so many - they are just very noisy and all over every thread like a rash. There is some understandable frustration around, but I don't think the numbers of those who are actually that unhappy are very high and of those, I still think some have another agenda anyway.
