What's Romano twittering? [emoji38]ol:

That Sanchez, Webster, Trossard, Mac Allister, Caicedo, and Welbeck have all stormed into Bloom's office and handed in transfer demands.

All the transfers will go through on transfer deadline day for very, very lowball fees and there will be no time to replace any of them.

And Potter is off.

Here we go !

English tax remember. Whatever we generally think is a fair price I’m sure will get 60% added on top. Hopefully bull though as is the daily fail anyway

So Chelsea want Webster.

Not Guehi. Or Mings. Or Tomori. Or Keane.

He’s rated as France’s CB for the next decade. An horrific injury this time last year wiped out a year.

Yes, he's probably the most promising young CB in the game at the moment. Only 21, Leicester should be holding out for a world record fee for a defender including add-ons.

Plus the "we've made nigh on £100m in transfers so we really don't want to sell anyone else" tax.

I followed his career from St Etienne, it was fantastic coup when LCFC signed him.

Chelsea and a furtive Fofana/his agent think they can engineer things on their terms. As with Cucurella, who's a couple of years older, selling clubs get to have a huge say too when a contract has years to run.

Hang on - Leicester are allowed to say Forfana isn't for sale but albion aren't allowed to say Chelsea 2nd choice Webster isn't for sale ? ???

The Albion are allowed to say anything trhey like! Adam Webster is our player and tied to a long contract.

That said. the stark reality is, is that every player is for sale . . . at the right place obviously.

But why can Leicester refuse to sell ? Does that facility not equally apply to us ?

It does but do we want disruptive players who effectively go on strike or do we take the money and wave goodbye? Top six clubs come calling and as long as they pay inflated fees they can buy anyone it seems.

Leicester are in danger of imploding with their bizarre lack of incoming transfer activity and players wanting out. Something amiss there with a club who were the envy of non top six clubs not long ago.

Fofana is £85m. Webster 5 years older and 50 more games prem experience plus home grown. So probably £50m but since very late in the window can’t see us selling for that.
