It seems to be the case that the company came into being back in 2001 and was bought by the current owners last year. It's interesting, is it not? that Tony Bloom is not a director. That presumably doesn't stop him from being a shareholder, of course.

They only get called that as they're protected under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act (1979).

It's scheduled to become Ancient some time in the future.
