I could do with shedding a stone or so. I'm not huge, but gone to a 36 waist when I used to be 34 for ages. Maybe I'll set up the exercise bike in front of my monitor.

Why do fattys always have inny bellybuttons, and skinnys have outies ? You'd have thought it'd be the other way round.

Im technically overweight according to the Doctor because I am about 3mm off 6ft. If I was 6ft or over I would be the 'ideal' weight.

By the way when would you say birds are fat? I will start at size 16.
