I think any manager coming to us in the summer would have had a problem. We were a shambles of a squad full of strangers. There is nothing wrong playing with wing backs getting forward, that is what Bournemouth and Derby do to great effect. Most of our points dropped were through player errors, but generally I liked what he was trying to do and we played with intent.
