Kayal is better than Stephens, but it's good to see Stephens getting the recognition he deserves. He's had some wobbly moments recently but he's been fantastic for the majority of the season, his partnership with Kayal is the difference between last season and this, also their quality allows us to play with two up front.

The fact that Stephens and Dunk have been our 4th/5th best players at the absolute most and the only 2 to get on there is ridiculous. Kayal, Bruno, Stockdale our best 3 then you have Knockaert, Rosenior, Hemed, Goldson etc.

Yep, Stephens has been excellent and I'd say almost as good as Kayal, just slightly less consistent. I suppose the goals are what has got him noticed more and got him on this list, but you'd think managers would know better. Still these things are always a bit of a nonsense as it's a team game.

It's only a vote done by 24 people remember... Kayal is still the best centre mid in the division

CH has been in touch with the 23 other managers and given them the nod and wink about how crap Kayal is in training, he doesn't fit in with the other lads and sulks a lot.

"This particular game against your lot guv, never seen him play like that, ever, must be a one off. No doubt he'll be disrupting our well oiled machine again at training"
