Calde is unique for a footballer, and probably has some very difficult choices to make. One thing for sure his talents and qualifications as a Sports Psychologist and Teacher should not be lost to BHA and it's Academy and aspirations.

So absolutely this. Even if he leaves to go and play elsewhere I wonder if there is scope for the club to reach an "understanding" with him regarding future coaching options. This is assuming he wants to stay in the game.
