In reality the SCUM would have wanted a £2.5M to £3M transfer fee due to his Premier League experience plus his wage demands would have killed any potential deal stone dead.

Premier League experience ? Not much of that.

Premier League experience ? Not much of that.

A player only needs to be on the pitch for a minute during a Premier League match to immediately double his previous transfer value.

Some-one at the club needs to be held accountable for this if true especially after paying 500k for him barely 2-3 months ago

Wouldn't be surprised if there is an enquiry from another club that actually play a style that suits his strengths. Having scored 15 goals in the Championship for a relegated team he cannot be a complete mug.

I had an interesting conversation with someone at the Burton game who knows O'Grady extremely well who was amazed that we bought him, quote: 'he really isn't a Brighton sort of player'.

As mentioned on the Baldock thread we just don't consistently give our strikers the right service, even Suarez would be wasted up front for us. I have a degree of sympathy for COG etc.

If COG does move on we would then be left with few striking options. It would be very interesting to see whether we could afford a significant improvement.
