Any one here NOT got their ticket or smart card for this Saturday's SSCF?

Bought ours in the shop last Wednesday, but other than the receipt, nothing has arrived in the post!
Any one here in the same situation, and how will we gain entry on Saturday?

I'm wondering what's going to happen to the few thousand, at a guess, who buy tickets today for Saturday as they won't be getting there in the post.

Same situation, I haven't even got a receipt those as the online facility has taken my money and booked them and when phoned to check they said yes it'll be uploaded to my smart card, and yet I never received a confirmation email.

I got mine last Wed but have received nothing through the post yet but not worried as still got a few days before the game and they were sending out tickets (smart cards) out this week. If come Friday afternoon nothing has arrived I'll be a bit more concerned

ordered extra one (paper version) for my daughter on tuesday and it arrived on wednesday, smart cards should be arriving today/tomrrow and it will have ssc match on there

If mine hasn't arrived, I will do what the chap in the Ticket Office suggested.

Go to the Ticket Office at the stadium with my receipt, and they will print me a duplicate.

well there is nothing to worry about yet as nobody seems to have recieved them. still 2 days before i start to get a bit more worried.

Be paitent, this is the first time the club have had to deal with anything like this and everything is new to them. Like others hve said, its only Wednesday and the Postman will come THREE times before the game kicks off so there is loads of time!

Has ANYONE got their season ticket yet? Given that they sent them ALL out by yesterday (according to the bloke in the ticket office), surely some people should have them?

As posted elsewhere. Nothing for tonight, nothing for saturday, nothing for spurs, no travel vouchers. I'm in crisis!! I've got my mate to go to the shop, he's queuing now.

I bought online last wednesday whilst queuing at the shop, but had to go in anyway to upgrade the child seats to adults. they printed off the upgraded ones (SSCF and Spurs) but I've not received the rest of the tickets in the post yet. This is not a very interesting story... sorry

Well I bought mine over the phone last wednesday, I have no smart card yet, and no receipt yet!!!

The girl in the office last Weds' promised 18,000 Smart Cards in the post by last Friday.

I expect they working night and day to resolve this with IT specialists, but keeping a big problem secret, for PR reasons.

If no luck, I'm just going to turn up on Sat' and take my printed receipt.

Ordered my tickets this morning - emailed club about it, just had reply:

Your tickets will be uploaded to your season ticket cards, which should be arriving with you in the next day or two. If you do not receive your cards in time, please give the ticket office a ring.

Told by the ticket office at the Amex there has been a printing mistake so some have got to be reprinted. Should be with us a in a couple of days.

Booked tickets on Monday and was advised that they were being sent off that evening, first class,still waiting receipt
