We only took 5,500 to spurs , we will not need the full 6,000.....

That's because that's all Spurs had to offer. A fair few of us had to miss out on that Spurs game.
Villa website very shy about stadium details.
However, this has plenty of interest:

Quoted current capacity: 42,783, recently filled 42,744 of those when Liverpool visited 29-Dec-09.
North stand capacity is: 7,086 (compared with Holte End: 13,742).
Maybe we'll lose a few to a separation zone, or with luck they may pinch a few from the side stands instead.
Should be quite a noisy day!
