Bit of negativity in the answers there!

Like Rushworth, he's had a lukewarm reaction on the fans' forum - some fans of the club's own GK on there too! Think they're coming round though - slowly!

Marc Leonard on the other hand.......
"Leonard ran the game against an experienced L1 midfield and at times he played with a metronomic insouciance which wouldn't have looked out of place in the Championship. He is even more important to us than he was last year and his quality stands out all the more because L1 is all about retaining possession and using it intelligently in contrast to the kick, rush and harry of L2"...........

....although he was to blame for the second goal, apparantly!

Odel Offiah joins Hearts on a season long loan. Linking up with former Albion LB Alex Cochrane, who joined Hearts on a permanent deal after a successful loan. Offiah's first loan - will be interesting to see how it goes.

Albion derby at Bloomfield Road today - Jensen Weir vs. Ed Turns, both starting.

Rushworth, Beadle and Leonard start - Connolly on the bench. Sima got half an hour for Rangers.

Recently departed youngsters Jenks and Spong both starting, Roberts and Richards benched.

I watched the Rangers game last night, and goal aside, I thought Sima looked a long way off PL standard…let alone top 5 standard. I think he’ll be off at the end of this season.

Responses on Rangers Fans' Forum were positively scathing, particularly as he had ripped them a new one in a previous European encounter, and they were expecting a lot more from him..Many thought he looked short of confidence - perhaps that will pick up after he scored what was apparantly quite a decent goal last night.
