Just a brilliant player and has been from Day 1.
For me, what I never gave him enough credit for is his versatility, the ability to play multiple positions, and still achieve a high level of quality is astounding
Bit unfair, Lawrenson was SO good he moved to Liverpool, if Pascal was at that level he’d have also moved after a few seasons.
However, both excellent.
Spot on.
Klopp was ‘allegedly’ interested towards the end of his first season as well…… but who knows.
I think GP handles him well, and although he does get isolated if wide, there is no doubt he can spot a pass, and his stamina is incredible.
Actually Gross was tracking fine, there was no communication from Veltman, and Gross was expecting Veltman to go out, with Gross covering the vacated space.
Think Gross has been great this season - he wasn’t too bad today in the first half, just way too deep with no options.
Caciedo is the future, but I’ve actually been disappointed with MacAllister and Moder when they’ve started recently.
An excellent player.
A lot of the (unfair) criticism came as a result of his second season when he suffered an ankle injury vs Fulham, missed a pen, and then spent a long time out.
He has been a constant since we arrived and a lot of the matchday moaners would do well too remember his assists...
