2) he's briefed his agent to tout him around every big club and every news channel.
Looks like pl application BH2020/00919 was a prior planning approval for a simple version of this. They use the word fanzone, relocate the bike racks and got consent for a couple of kiosks.
Yep, he's spot on as VAR has never got it wrong before?
For me the issue is that he is in the same position as if VAR didn't exist. The goal was incorrectly disallowed on the pitch. Surely our example of having a goal allowed on the pitch, but disallowed by VAR is far more whingeworthy.
It suits us for the news to be that we received moderate money when we're looking to buy Colwill etc. However, it's less helpful when we're trying to discourage activity to buy other players.
Be careful to buy the right size - it's easier to buy the wrong size than the right one.
I'd suggest removing the lock, leave someone fearsome at home, and take the lock to your DIY store. That way you can pick the one with the holes in the right places.
So, perhaps most likely to win neither. But, which of the above 2 choices is the more likely?
