I think the coach drivers have to take a mandatory break after a certain amount of time driving, which can lead to those frustrating stops really close to your destination.
The only real aggro i saw all day was a Utd fan after the game on Wembley Way who was really angry being held back by his mates- he said he'd just been racially abused. Didn't see what happened though. That was the point we decided to leave that crowd and go to Central instead, where it was all...
Got to my front door in Worthing at midnight.
Was planning on making a getaway a couple of mins before the final whistle to avoid train chaos with my 9 yr old (he had a bad experience on the Worthing- Brighton train for the Grimbsy game- he fainted in a pretty unpleasant crush and is now a bit...
Huge thanks to @Southwick_Seagull who helped me get a ticket for me and my kid, after the Priority 3 woes yesterday. I'm so happy, and can't wait to tell the boy he IS going to wemberley.
Hi all. Its a long shot i know, but if there are any Season Ticket holders that can help with a ticket, I'd be super grateful.
I am eligible to buy one now as a member, but my kid isn't (for the long story look at my recent posts, but I got him a membership in March, the system told us he was...
I just tried on my kid's new A+ account, he can't buy Man U home tickets, Everton he can but thats general sale. I'm so certain that when i bought it it was described as being member for next season + remainder of this one.
There seems to be a few people who have purchase history who upgraded to a paid membership in March in order to secure tickets for the SF. They should obvs be at the back of the queue behind people who've been more often, but expectations were set that the club haven't been able to deliver on.
Yeh they said they could refund. I didn't- so far i've told my 9 yr old a) you've got a membership for next season and b) we will be able to get Wembley tix if some are left on Tuesday morning. I didn't want to break both parts of that promise, so i didnt take them up on the offer. So gutted for...
Took a couple of attempts on 01273 648170. I was on the phone for 66 minutes. I was persistent, asked for it to be escalated, and was told:
- there has been an error,
- they've told lots of other people the same thing this morning
- they can't do anything for me as it would be unfair on the...
Pros
I got one at the start of the season, and have used it to buy tickets for me and family for a few games. Was happy with the purchase as a levy for a new fan, you can get a single ticket for most games, its great.
Cons
Got one in March for my kid to sort him for Wembley as well as next...
So i've just got off the phone with the supporter services.
Those people with a recent membership purchase (i got one 21.03 for my kid) who were able to log in to the system and be told 'You are Priority 3' are NOT actually eligible to buy tickets for Wembley. An error at their end.
They say...
Same boat- it was sold as sign up now for remainder of season and next season- no brainer, i got one for my kid in addition to the one i got at the start of the season. Could log in as him before today and was shown mesage ' you are in p3'. Now after a chat with the online help i'm being told...
No, trying to buy both of us. Its letting me pick 2 seats but i can't assign to him. When i logged in recently it told me he was Priority 3, but the system is not letting him have a ticket. So frustrating!
Has anyone experienced this? I've waited til members priority 3 to get a ticket for my kid, he has the message 'your welbley priority is 3, Tues 4th April 9am' but i'm unable to assign him a seat, and the option to buy when logged in as him is greyed out. Argh!
Yes! I grew up a Reading fan, spent years watching hundreds of games home and away, and if you'd told 18 year-old me that in 20-odd year's time i'd be posting on another team's message board I wouldn't have believed you. I moved to Brighton to come to uni and knew quickly that Brighton was where...
