Am I missing something, 3000 of those were Fulham, so to say celebrate having 29000 in support of the Albion is a little wide of the mark, surely it was only 26000 (rounding figures btw).
So, it looks like Chelsea has total respect for all the history ooozing out of Burnley United last night :lolol:
No sign of Ward, probably in the same unwanted group that he was in at Wolves, still at least now he can brag to his friends while watching the team he plays for at home that he is...
Would miss Kusczcak but think we've proved in the past that Kaz would not be a massive loss (cue deluge of abuse perhaps!) Safe to say I reckon that IF GP was to leave or if we just lost some quality players this summer that Mr Bloom will have options in his pocket.
As a return gesture, on Monday night, IF at any point during the game the ball is with a Palarse player....... every Albion fan at the Amex should just burst out into histerical laughter!
More annoying than just throwing abusive words at them imo
I got the impression after our home game where we beat Palace 3-0 there was finally a mutual respect between most of the fans of the two clubs, and to me it was as if all the fans had had enough of all this 'war' type stuff between them and were now viewing the rivalry as a good old football...
Yep, we'll be migrating on Friday night to behind our sofa to watch the game from sitting on it and just taking the occasional peak out over the top to check on the progress, then Monday night we are going to sunny Falmer all the way from Hanover (not Germany!).
He missed an awful lot of chances before finally beautifully rounding the keeper and putting a goal away but I think I would have given it to Jonjo Shelvey.
