The 1901 Banning - Did the guy ge his ticket back?

So a three year (or is it three season) banning order has been reduced to a season, and the ticket can be used by friends / guest. In my eyes that means the powers that be have admitted an element of defeat and/or mistake in their original assessment, so a full reconciliation / refund for the...

    Good luck to him.

The 1901 Banning - Did the guy ge his ticket back?

Seem to remember lots of controversy surrounded the issue, and im hoping, as a fellow Brighton fan and as a person who likes right over wrong, he managed to overturn the ban. Seems harsh what happened.

The 1901 Banning - Did the guy ge his ticket back?

Sorry, should read GET, not ge! Just wondering what happened to the guy who got the banning after the Crystal Palace game, did he get his seat / ticket back?

I cant help constantly feel that this is Azures responsibility....not the clubs. Azure have the contract.

    Amex retail catering

Yup, totally understand you cannot watch your game whilst drinking, and agree the beer they serve is crap, however, you cannot get away from the fact that their 'service' and queuing system is better than ours.

Thinking about it, its within all of our interests to get this sorted. More beer and food consumed = more revenue to the club. More beer and food consumed = happy football fans.

Ive seen it in other stadiums with open space and no wall. Sydney Football Ground (very very similar in design and shape to the Amex) do it successfully. Even ask people for ID when they pay before grabbing the beer. Also, the food and drink is served seperately at the Sydney football Ground...

Really forgot about this being in place in the club shop. Azure....get this in place quick smart!

They couldn't afford me (!) Seriously, try running a pub / restaurant for a while and these things become second nature. They are not doing the simple things correctly. This comment seems hilarious right now: Azure Operations Director Samantha Lincoln said, "At the Amex, we intend to build a...

A couple of personal observations (WSU) I put the blame onto Azure. They havent embraced their contract at all. They are making classic mistakes. Sort it out! Few observations: -) Queing system is outdated. In many stadiums overseas they have one person taking the money for drinks / food...

One other point, Im a season ticket holder for WSU, however, Ive managed to bag a 1901 club ticket for tomorrow as a gift from a friend, so hopefully I can provide a perspective on what its like in that area ..... apart from eating prawn sandwiches that is!!!!

    Sussex Security

Had a look on those sites and couldn't see anything. Not really letting off steam on here (well, maybe I am!) just warning fellow Brightonians about this a£sehole of a company... please don't have anything to do with them if you can. Lady Seagull, Do you have experience of claiming back the...

3 minutes over my allocated time as well. Came back as the wrong-un was clamping the vehicle. When I said 'oi, what are you doing' (or words to that effect) he said 'Sorry, the clamps in place nothing I can do' c"nt.

    Sussex Security

I had to pay to get the clamp off. No pay = a tow truck and then its £300 + £135 release fee. Really don't know how they get up in the morning to go to work :wrong:

    Sussex Security

Sorry to bring the matter up on a football forum but.... Has anyone had dealings with Brighton based Sussex Security? They say 'security' and offer all types of services but are really no more than glorified clampers raking misery on Brightonian drivers. Placing a clamp and then charging...
