Looks like your lacking some central midfield, so I recommend going for Massimo Ambrosini or Joao Moutinho, both were great for me.

For your wingers Bennett and Monkhouse might fit the criteria well.

yes, but i don't think you can play online games with the Silver membership, you need Gold to be able to play online if im not mistaken.
