Did Brighton for the first time yesterday,my 5th marathon and on my 50th birthday. A one minute PB of 3:56 but hard work in the heat,and the niggle in the mind after mile 10. Aside from the slog to the power station, an amazing experience and fantastic support and encouragement throughout

Tom McGill played very well today in the EFL cup.I was at the game and he had no chance with 3 set piece goals from Millwall, but made one very good save.

I saw a saturday evening game there earlier this season. It was a fantastic experience with a big crowd and an amazing anthem before the match started. We just rocked up earlier in the day and bought fairly cheap tickets from the main ticket office, showed a passport for ID. If they are playing...

Run Gatwick pretty impressive today, especially for a new race.

Did my 3rd and 4th marathons this spring, but a calf tear has put paid to anymore in the autumn. Just building back up slowly and carefully for the new year and number 5!

I haven't managed to sign on for ages, but finally managed to, and looking for any recommendations for August marathons in the south? I've managed my third and fourth marathons this march and may, looking for a nice gentle summer one for number 5 somewhere?
